Last week a british customer of an iPhone 3G found photos on his just activated iPhone 3G. Those photos were showing a girl from the factory plant of Foxconn nearby Shenzhen. A factory representative said to not intend to fire that girl. We all really hope that’s true.

More and more people are reporting that their iPhone 3G cases are cracking sooner or later. It is well visible on white devices, but we exect the black ones to be as fragile as the white ones. The only difference is: a crack can be seen much better on a white case. Anyway ehPhone.ca from Canada show how those cracked cases look like.

Rumors and more rumors about the new version of our beloved iPhone. But now something really seems to be fishy. Golem.de reports that german news magazin Wirtschaftswoche talked to some Infineon insiders. They said, Apple does not order any old chips from them, but is clearing its own stocks. The new 3G model will be presented in June or July. Sale will begin in autumn 2008. Moreover a GPS module will be included in the 3G/UMTS iPhone.
