The Mexican phone company Telcel now offers the iPhone 3G in Mexico without having to sign an agreement. An 8GB model costs 7900Mex$ (=495€ = 670US$) and the 16GB is available for 9200Mex$ (= 575€ =780US$). Anyway the iPhone is simlocked to Telcel.
