[iPhone] T-Mobile Tariffs in Europe Differ Extremely

You ever felt like citizens of T-Mobile’s home country Germany pay a lot more for iPhone tariffs than citizens in countries you spend your vacation time like Netherlands or Austria?

Well, your feeling was right. T-Mobile is flagrant expensive here in Germany. Why? We don’t know. But we know Deutsche Telekom (parent company of T-Mobile) earned €5,5bill in Q3/2009.

Anyway, we prepped a little table with a little comprehension. Let the pictures speak. Prices for 24mth. subscriptions.

[Windows] Slysoft to Change Update Conditions

As of January 1st, 2009 Slysoft will change update conditions for their products. Lifelong free updates will cease to be offered in favor of an annual subscription. Licenses that have been bought before 2009 are not affected and will still containt the free lifelong update feature.

Until december 31st, 2008 (wednesday) Slysoft offers a special chrismas discount (20% off). As Slysoft ‘s products “AnyDVD” and “AnyDVD HD” in Germany are considered not legal  we cannot directly link their site.

[iPhone] iPhones to be sold without contracts in Italy

Rumors tell Vodafone will sell the iPhone without having the customer to sign a contract there. Prices vary between 499€ (8GB version) and 569€ (16GB). Seems like the new iPhones will be exported from Italy into the rest of the world then. Or better: get yourself a connection to Italy. We expect first prices on eBay in Germany at about 1,000€…
