Thanks for asking. There is a quite famous guy from your country who in the earlier days of the Intel Mac Clone era managed to do some amazing things. Although being almost outdated today, because of EFI-X (commercial), or DFE’s Boot-132 and Munky’s EFI partition (both free) approaches you may find his work still on the net:

What do you mean with Brazil-Mac’s way? I am from Brazil and I (and a lot of friends) have a real Mac. I have never even seen a hackintosh running. (..)

EFi-X is an Hardware device,
there is no any code from anyone.
All developed by EFiX team from scratch and doesnt breach any laws.
EFi-X Hardware itself is fully legal.
